These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases at wannabe-society.com, operated by WNBS d.o.o., Celovška 32, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. By placing an order you accept these terms.

The seller

Prices

All prices include 22% Slovenian VAT for orders shipped within the European Union. Orders shipped outside the EU are billed minus 22% VAT; local import duties and taxes may apply and are paid by the buyer.

Ordering

A sales agreement is concluded once you confirm the order. You receive an order- confirmation e-mail with the full content of the order and these Terms.

Custom made products

Most WNBS products (T-shirts, hoodies, bikinis, etc.) are custom made for each customer based on the chosen word, position, colour and size. Manufacturing begins once your order is paid. Custom-made products are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal except where the product is defective.

Delivery

We ship worldwide via Pošta Slovenije and DPD. Costs and times: /help/delivery.

Right of withdrawal

Stock items can be returned within 14 days in original condition. Custom-made items are exempt except for defects. See /help/returns.

Payment

Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB), PayPal, Klarna, SEPA, iDEAL, Bancontact, bank transfer. Cash on delivery for Slovenia only.
