How does the order work?
Pick your word in the configurator. Pick the colour and the size. We print 3D-flock after you order — that takes 7–14 days depending on where you live.
Is the print durable?
Yes. 3D flock is tear- and wash-resistant. Wash inside-out, cold, don't tumble-dry.
How do I know it's an original?
Silver thread sewn into the label.
Can I trust you with my data and my payment?
Yes. Payments go through Stripe and PayPal — we don't store card numbers. Your data is only used for the invoice, delivery, and (only if you opt in) the newsletter. See /legal/privacy.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Most EU countries 1–4 days. Rest of the world 4–15 days via Pošta Slovenije.
What about VAT outside the EU?
If you ship outside the EU, the order is exported without Slovenian VAT (-22%). Local import duties may apply at your end.
