How you pay.

Card payments and Apple/Google Pay are handled by Stripe. PayPal is handled by PayPal. We don't store your card details — they go directly from your browser to the processor.

The amount is authorised when you place the order, but only capturedonce we ship. If we can't fulfil the order, you aren't charged.

3D Secure

Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment with an extra step (SMS code, fingerprint). That's 3D Secure. We support it everywhere it's available.

Outside the EU

Orders shipping outside the European Union are exported without 22% Slovenian VAT. Your local customs may charge import duty when the parcel arrives — that's your responsibility.

Bank transfer (prepayment)

Pick "Bank transfer" at checkout. We email you an invoice with the bank details. Once the transfer lands, we start production. Usually 1–3 business days for the funds to arrive.

Cash on delivery — Slovenia

Available at checkout for Slovenian addresses. The courier collects in cash on the doorstep.
