Most of what we make is custom: your word, your size, your colour, your position. Under EU consumer law, custom-made goods are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal. That's the trade-off for made-to-order.

What we replace

• Defective print or stitching.
• Wrong word, wrong size, or wrong colour vs your order.
• Damage in transit.

How to claim

Email us@wannabe-society.com with your order number and a photo within 8 days of receiving. We reply within two business days.

Stock items

Pre-printed items (calendars, ornaments) ship from stock and follow the regular 14-day withdrawal. Return in original condition. We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the item back.
